Flo & Glo IV – Wellness Lounge was created with passion and purpose. Founded by U.S. Army Veterans Susan and Jim Heintzman, Columbia’s Flo & Glo is rooted in a lifelong commitment to service and a deep belief in proactive, restorative wellness.
After proudly serving a combined 47 years on active duty, Susan and Jim chose South Carolina as their forever home and set out to build something meaningful for the community they love. Flo & Glo was born from real-life experience, personal health challenges, and years of health coaching that helped nearly 2,000 people transform their lives through metabolic health, weight management, and sustainable lifestyle change.
Here, wellness isn’t reactive or rushed — it’s intentional, elevated, and deeply personal. From IV hydration and vitamin therapy to aesthetics, medical weight loss, and recovery services, everything we do is thoughtfully designed to help you feel better from the inside out — restoring health, confidence, and glow at every stage of life.

Susan and Jim Heintzman are the heart behind Flo & Glo.
Together, they built Flo & Glo as a woman-owned, veteran-owned luxury wellness and aesthetics lounge with a mission that extends far beyond treatments.
They understand what it’s like to pour everything into work, family, and service — and to feel depleted in the process. That lived experience fuels their passion for caring for busy professionals, military families, caregivers, first responders, and anyone ready to reclaim their health and vitality.
Grounded in faith and guided by purpose, Susan and Jim believe this journey has unfolded through God’s grace, perfect timing, and provision. Their greatest reward is seeing clients walk out feeling renewed, hopeful, and empowered. At Flo & Glo, we believe wellness goes beyond our lounge—it’s about showing up, connecting, and being part of the community we’re so proud to serve.
We had an incredible time at Jazz Fest 2026, spending the day meeting new faces, reconnecting with familiar ones, and sharing what we love most—helping people feel their best from the inside out. From spinning the wheel for fun giveaways to talking all things hydration, energy, and wellness, it was a day full of connection, laughter, and Glo.
Events like this remind us why we started Flo & Glo—to create a space where wellness feels approachable, uplifting, and truly personal. Being out in the community allows us to bring that same experience beyond our doors and meet people right where they are.

Club Pilates Northeast Columbia
In March, we had the opportunity to host a pop-up at Club Pilates Northeast Columbia, connecting with an incredible community focused on health and wellness.
One of the most rewarding parts of what we do is building meaningful relationships along the way. During our visit, Susan joined a class, loved the experience, and became a member! Nancy and her team are passionate about helping clients feel stronger and healthier, which aligns perfectly with our approach at Flo & Glo.

Orangetheory Fitness
In February, the Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge – Columbia team had the pleasure of spending time with the incredible members at Orangetheory Fitness. We’re grateful for the opportunity to share how IV hydration and vitamin infusions can support performance, recovery, and overall wellness. A big thank-you to the Orangetheory team for welcoming us so warmly and for partnering with us to help their amazing community feel and perform their best. We love collaborating with businesses that are just as passionate about health, strength, and glowing from within!
Grand Opening
Something special arrived in Columbia — and it was built with heart. On January 10th, Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge officially opened its doors at the Village at Sandhill, welcoming the community into a thoughtfully designed space centered on wellness, restoration, and connection. As a veteran-owned, woman-owned small business, Flo & Glo was created to be more than a wellness destination — it’s a place where people can pause, recharge, and prioritize their health from the inside out. The Grand Opening celebration was a wonderful day of community, featuring partnerships with more than 30 local businesses and over $10,000 in wellness, beauty, and lifestyle giveaways. Guests explored the lounge, met the Flo & Glo team, and experienced a new approach to wellness — together.
Lake Murray Bridal Show
Flo & Glo – IV Wellness Lounge was proud to participate in the Lake Murray Bridal Show Winter Bridal Expo on Sunday, January 11, 2026, at the Columbia Metropolitan Convention Center. Our team enjoyed connecting with so many wonderful brides and attendees while offering complimentary skin analyses using our advanced SkinScope technology. It was a great opportunity to share how our IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and skin-glowing treatments can help you truly Glow From Within — perfect for brides and anyone preparing for their best look yet.
CYCLEBAR
Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge enjoyed connecting with the incredible team and members at CycleBar Forest Acres on November 8th, celebrating movement, recovery, and total wellness together. It was a fun, high-energy opportunity to meet people passionate about fitness and self-care and to share how IV hydration, vitamin infusions, and skin-glowing treatments support an active lifestyle. Experiences like this reflect Flo & Glo’s holistic approach to wellness, helping our community feel stronger, energized, and confident from the inside out as we prepare for our upcoming opening at the Village at Sandhills.
OneLife Fitness
Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge loved popping up at OneLife Fitness – Village at Sandhills on November 11, bringing wellness, hydration, and glow to the local fitness community. It was an excellent opportunity to connect with members, introduce the Flo & Glo team, and share our vision for elevated wellness ahead of our upcoming grand opening. With live music, great energy, and meaningful conversations, the event reflected what Flo & Glo is all about: supporting active lifestyles and helping our community feel their best from the inside out.
Fort Jackson
Flo & Glo IV Wellness Lounge was proud to pop up at the Fort Jackson Christmas Tree Lighting Ceremony on December 5, celebrating the season alongside the military community that means so much to us. As Army Veterans, supporting service members and their families is deeply personal, and we loved connecting with everyone who stopped by. Our team debuted our new SkinScope technology, offering complimentary skin analyses throughout the evening, and shared the excitement as pre-booking officially opened for our January 10 Grand Opening at Sandhills. It was a night filled with community, joy, and plenty of glow, and we’re grateful to be part of such a special tradition.
